The apartment is one of 4 in the same building, all with fine furnishings, marble floors and bathrooms.The delightful private courtyard on which the building overlooks has tables and chairs laid out in the shade of big garden umbrellas. The building also has a common area with concierge (10AM – 5.30PM, no weekends), furnished with elegant sofas and with a view of the canal from the palace water entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor and can be easily accessed via elevator service. The house is developed on two levels. The bright living area has a splendid view of the green inner courtyard and consists of an area with modern sofas (including 1 sofa bed) and armchairs, and an open kitchen with dining table. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is ensuite) with shower cabin and marble finishing. Above the living area there is an upper attic level with a perfect relax area with sofa and armchairs.
Palazzo Molin Cuoridoro is located at the heart of the San Marco district, only a stone’s throw from the Piazza. Here, you will find elegant boutiques, artisan shops, and historical restaurants.
The closest waterbus stop is Rialto (or San Marco Vallaresso on the opposite side) for easy and quick connections to all main attractions, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport.

In case of lockdown, all bookings will be refunded 100% if the cancellation occurs up to 24 hours from the arrival date.
If you decide to cancel your booking, the refunding process works as follows:
– 100% refund if cancellation takes place 15 days before arrival date.
– 50% refund if cancellation takes place from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival date.
– No refund if cancellation takes place within 1 week before arrival date.

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address. A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.

There is a €50,00 surcharge for late check-ins after 8PM.
After 10PM, the surcharge is of €100,00. You must send in a request for check-ins past midnight.

You will be asked to pay the city tax at the moment of check-in. This fee applies for each guest and is calculated based on the category of the accommodation, the age of the guests checking in, and the length of the stay period.
No smoking and candle.Guests are not allowed to smoke within the house and use candles inside apartments.
No pets or animals.No animals are allowed inside the house.
House cleaning before and after guest stays.We carefully clean and prepare every house before guests arrive and after they check-out. If you wish, you may request extra towels and cleaning services for a fee.
